COLEAD's Training department designs and delivers capacity-building programmes for its network and beyond. Certified ISO 21001 — the international standard for educational organisations — our system combines self-study, group training, tailored training and coaching.
Our approach builds on a reference framework of 70 job profiles validated by sector professionals, and a catalogue of more than 100 standing trainings. Cascade training multiplies impact: one trained expert trains ten, who in turn train a hundred. Serving MSMEs, competent authorities and sector experts — wherever they are.
